Sarah turns to her favourite celebrity chef, Roi Choi, for inspiration. Think Peri-Peri Chicken with a Salsa Verde that's out of this world and a Brazilian cocktail that'll have you pouring seconds.

Peri Peri Chicken thighs are marinated in garlic, lemon and taco seasoning and cooked on the BBQ. So simple. And what can we say about salsa verde? The ingredients list is long, there's no doubt about it, but you can edit and adjust with what you've got or what you love most. And once you've charred your tomatillos and peppers, it's just a matter of throwing everything in a blender.

As for the drink, a caiprinha is made with three ingredients: cachaça, limes and sugar. Done. And delicious.
