Which is the better babka, chocolate or cinnamon? Heather bakes them both so the hosts of Three Kitchens Podcast can be the judges of this question, once made famous in a Seinfeld episode. Honestly, you can't go wrong no matter what filling goes in your babka.
Babka is a yeast-leavened dough that is rolled out and spread with a filling such as chocolate or cinnamon (or fruit or cheese), then rolled up and braided or knotted before baking. It's like an extra special levelled-up cinnamon bun on steroids. Or we think so, anyway. And at the end of the day, we couldn't really choose a favourite filling. What can we say? Sometimes the contest ends in a draw. And in this case, we all win when we get to eat babka!
