She's passionate about preparing simple meals, with the best possible fresh ingredients to really bring out the flavour in our food.

When Gloria moved to the U.S. she couldn't find the same high quality olive oil she was used to in her native Spain, so she decided to fill the gap in the market by founding her own olive oil company, Olivo Amigo.
